Santa Marinella Beach
Santa Marinella is an Italian town on the coast of Tyrrhenian Sea, located in the province of Latina. It has a beautiful beach and many restaurants, shops, and bars. It’s popular with both Italians and tourists because it’s close to Rome but also has great beaches and offers some unique experiences that you won’t find in other parts of Italy.
Accessing the beach
Santa Marinella Beach can be reached by car, train and bus. It’s located in the north of Rome and there are many parking lots nearby.
If you’re not driving, you can take the train from Termini (the central station) to Santa Marinella. Trains run every half hour or so, and the trip takes about 20 minutes. You can also take a bus from Termini, which is cheaper but longer: buses leave every hour on the half-hour until 9 pm. There are plenty of options if you want to get back after your visit—just be sure to check with the tourist office or your hotel when planning your trip!
